Note: All Knifehand Strikes are high (neck height). Joonbi is Standard Ready Position.

  1. Step forward into a Left Front Stance with a Double Guarding Block and KIHAP!
  2. Right Leg Front Kick to a high front target while stepping forward into a Right Front Stance with a Right Knifehand Strike.
  3. Left Leg Front Kick to a high front target while stepping forward into a Left Front Stance with a Left Knifehand Strike.
  4. Right Leg Sidekick to a front target while stepping forward into a Left Back Stance with a Right Inner Forearm Block.
  5. Left Leg Sidekick to a front target while stepping forward into a Right Back Stance with a Left Inner Forearm Block.
  6. Right Leg Round Kick to a front target while stepping forward into a Right Front Stance with a Right Knifehand Strike.
  7. Left Leg Round Kick to a front target while stepping forward into a Left Front Stance with a Left Knifehand Strike.
