Joonbi is Standard Ready Position

  1. Step forward into a Left Front Stance with a Twin Outer Forearm Block and KIHAP!
  2. Right Front Kick to a front target, Right Side Kick to a right target, step forward into a Right Front Stance with a Right Inner Forearm Block.
  3. Left Front Kick to a front target, Left Side Kick to a left target, step forward into a Left Front Stance with a Left Inner Forearm Block.
  4. Pivot on left foot (90° to the right) into a Right Front Stance with a Right Down Block.
  5. Left Front Kick, step back into a Right Front Stance with a Left Middle Punch and Right Middle Punch.
  6. Step right foot across, pivot 180° to the left into a Left Front Stance with a Left Down Block.
  7. Right Front Kick, step back into a Left Front Stance with a Right Middle Punch and Left Middle Punch.
  8. Pivot on left foot 90° to the right into a Right Front Stance with a Right Down Block.
  9. Left Outer Crescent Kick while stepping forward into a Left Front Stance with a Left Knifehand Strike (low).
  10. Right Outer Crescent Kick while stepping into a Right Front Stance with a Right Knifehand Strike (low).
