Champion Sport Kickboxing

Champion Sport Kickboxing offers two different styles for the ultimate Fitness Kickboxing experience. 

CSK understands that people require change in their workout routine.  
Losing weight, toning up, and increasing your overall fitness level while having fun is our goal.  
Kickboxing involves an endless amount of combinations keeping you on your toes.  
Applying the idea of circuit training to the class utilizing kickboxing, plyometrics, and calisthenics, takes you the next level.

CSK provides a workout that is for everyone!  
We understand that everyone is different so, keeping this in mind, the class is designed for you to move at your own pace.  As you keep coming to class you will find that your fitness level will increase in a short amount of time.  
This will allow you to be able to do things you could not do the first time you attended class.  
This is our main goal, to increase your overall level of fitness.

BODYCOMBAT  The Empowering Cardio Workout Where You Are Totally Unleashed.
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography.
 

CSKickboxing:

This is a combination of fitness Kickboxing and Conditioning broken into segments starting with an upper and lower body warm up, from there we divide your workout into 3 minute segments of bag drills to conditioning exercises.  The bag's include upper body and lower body combinations.  The 3 minute segments continue for 40 minutes ending your workout with a 10 minute stretch and cool down.  Bag Gloves are required for this class.  

 
SCHEDULE:
  • Mondays: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Tuesdays: 5:30 pm to 6:15
  • Wednesdays: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Fridays: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Membership Prices:
  • Monthly unlimited: $69  
  • Unlimited access to all Fitness Kickboxing classes.  
  • Punch Cards: 5 classes $25 or 10 classes for $45.  
  • Pay by the class $10 drop in
