  1. Hard high Right Supported Inner Forearm Block with a KIHAP!
  2. Execute a high Step Behind Right Sidekick with a KIHAP, landing in a Middle Stance with a Double Guarding Block to the right.
  3. Execute a Right Stomp Kick with a KIHAP, returning to Middle Stance with a Double Guarding Block to the right.
  4. Pivot left 90° on right foot into a Left Front Stance with a Left Down Block.
  5. Execute a Right Front Kick while stepping into a Right Front Stance with Right and Left Middle Punches.
  6. Execute a Left Outer Crescent Kick while stepping forward into a Left Front Stance with a Double Guarding Block.
  7. Turning 90° to the left Execute a double high Right Round Kick and step into a Middle Stance with a W-Block (loads with right arm under left arm) and a KIHAP!
