Joon-bi Right fixed stance to northwest. Left knife hand strike.

  1. Right side punch. Right fixed stance.
  2. Hi and low outside blocks, right down, left inner forearm. Then switch to left down and right inner forearm.
  3. Left X-block.
  4. Double inner forearm block.
  5. Right rear elbow strike, right supported punch to shoulder high target.
  6. Left rear elbow strike, double side punch to right shoulder high target.
  7. Right back stance to face left, double knife hand guarding block.
  8. Left front kick to left front stance and left spear hand strike.
  9. Step forward to right front stance and right back fist strike.
  10. Left front kick combined with left round kick and double knife hand guarding block. Left back stance to reverse direction.
  11. Right front kick to right front stance and right spear hand strike.
  12. Step forward to left front stance and left back fist strike.
  13. Right front kick combined with right round kick and upper cut punch to front, middle stance.
  14. Using left foot, change direction to rear to left front stance and double outer forearm block.
  15. Using left foot, change to right back stance and left shoulder high punch.
  16. Left axe kick and double guarding block.
  17. Jump left axe kick. Land in left back stance to reverse direction and double guarding block.
  18. Combine left front kick to northeast and left round kick to northwest and left inner forearm block, right back stance.
  19. Combine right front kick to northwest and right round kick to northeast and right inner forearm block, left back stance.
  20. Using right foot, change to right front stance with left middle palm heel strike, kihap.
