The Empowering Cardio Workout Where You Are Totally Unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography.
Conditioning
Conditioning is a variety of exercise with a combination of fitness Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training and usually ran in a circuit training format. Bag Gloves are required for this class. If you don’t mind mixing it up a bit, this class is for you.

Punch Cards: 5 classes $25
or 10 classes for $45.
Pay by the class $6 drop in
Family Pass is available to parents who have children enrolled in CSK Martial Arts program. The family pass is $40 per month and gives both parents unlimited fitness classes and all of the kids in the family unlimited bounce passes to all open bounce sessions at Jumpin’ Jax.
